Windward Highway Rehabilitation Project: Phase 11 Lot 1- Sandy to Fancy

Works involved: road rehabilitation of the existing Windward Highway measuring 11km and 20km respectively. Works include asphalt paving, concrete paving, roadside drainage structures, construction of major culvers, bridges and rehabilitation works at existing bridges, fords, culverts and coastal defence work.
